The Closet is a "clothing closet" within the Hartford United Methodist church that provides donated clothing and shoes to the community at no cost. Open Sundays from 3-5 pm, by appointment, or at other times posted on their Facebook page.

Pastor Seth LaBounty joined the Hartford community in July of 2019. He first became a pastor in the United Methodist Church in 2015, and has served congregations in Wisconsin and South Dakota.
Our mission as Hartford United Methodist Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ through worship, fellowship, and teaching. As a local expression of the global United Methodist denomination, our mission also includes making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
